Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tiny Treasures OÜ.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including customers and visitors.
In addition to these Terms, the legal relationship between the Customer and the Seller is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

3. Products and Nature of Goods

Our products are:

  • Produced from natural materials (e.g., wood, fabric)
  • Often customized or personalized

3.1 Natural Variations

Due to the handmade nature, products may vary slightly in:

  • Wood grain
  • Color tones
  • Fabric structure
  • Engraving details
  • Shape or finish

These variations are not defects but part of the product’s unique character.

3.2 Artistic Interpretation

Our products involve creative and handcrafted design elements.
Minor differences in artistic interpretation may occur.
Claims based solely on subjective preferences or artistic interpretation will not be considered defects, provided the product matches the agreed customization.

4. Personalisation and Customer Responsibility

Many of our products are made specifically based on customer input.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All submitted information is correct
  • Names, dates, and details have been carefully reviewed

We are not responsible for errors provided by the Customer.

4.1 Design Changes

  • Changes are only possible before production begins
  • Minor adjustments may be accepted depending on the stage of the order
  • Significant changes or new designs may incur additional costs

Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders are placed via our website.
A binding sales contract enters into force once:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • Order confirmation has been issued

Production begins only after the contract has entered into force.
We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders in exceptional cases
  • Limit quantities or reject suspicious orders

If an order is cancelled, the Customer will be informed promptly and any payments will be refunded no later than within 14 days.

5.1 Special Orders

For custom or special orders placed outside the website, all conditions (price, timeline, scope) are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.

6. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in EUR (€)
  • VAT not applicable
  • The final price is shown at checkout

Delivery costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method.

Payment must be completed before production begins.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not have access to full payment details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

7. Production and Delivery

  • Products are made to order.
  • Production and delivery times are estimates
  • We work hard on getting your order shipped as quickly as possible within 14 days after order confirmation
  • Delays may occur due to demand, materials, or logistics
  • External shipping delays are outside our control

If an order includes multiple items, delivery will be based on the product with the longest production time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

7.1 Shipping

Shipping is carried out via third-party logistics providers.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the goods have been delivered to the Customer.
If damage occurs during transport, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies.

Exception

This right does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Once production has begun, such orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

For non-personalized products, withdrawal is possible in accordance with applicable law, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition.

9. Returns, Complaints and Warranty

If a product:

  • Is defective
  • Is damaged upon arrival
  • Does not conform to the agreed description

you have the right to submit a claim.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and include photos and a description.

9.1 Resolution

We may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a refund where appropriate

9.2 Return Costs

The Customer bears return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part

9.3 Recommendation

We recommend reporting any visible issues as soon as possible after delivery to ensure faster resolution.

9.4 Legal Warranty

Consumers are entitled to rights under Estonian and EU law, including a minimum 2-year conformity guarantee.

9.5 Response Time

We will respond to complaints within a reasonable time, but no later than 15 days.

10. Safe Use

Products are intended for indoor use only.

Electrical components must not be modified
Products must be used strictly in accordance with their intended purpose
Our products are decorative items and are not toys.
They must be kept out of reach of babies and small children at any time.

Our lighting components (including LED elements) are sourced from certified suppliers, such as, but not limited to PAUTIX, and comply with applicable CE safety standards.

  • Do not cover the light source during operation
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the product
  • Disconnect from power before any handling or maintenance

We are not liable for damage, injury or death resulting from:

  • Improper use or installation
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use outside the intended environment
  • Failure to follow basic safety precautions

11. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to correct errors, including:

  • Pricing errors
  • Product descriptions
  • Availability
  • Inaccuracies
  • Omissions

including after an order has been placed.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links or tools provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for their content or functionality.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Intellectual Property
