REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. General Information

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As each product is handcrafted with care, we handle returns and refunds in a fair and transparent way.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

2.1 Standard Products

If you purchase a non-personalized product, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • Returned in its original condition and packaging

2.2 Personalized Products

Most of our products are custom-made or personalized.

According to EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the customer’s specifications
  • Products clearly personalized

Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible

In exceptional cases, we may offer:

  • A partial refund
  • Store credit

at our discretion.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Does not match the agreed customization

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to report:

Send an email including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos

4.1 Resolution

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Issue a refund

at no additional cost to you.

5. Returns Process (Non-Personalized Products)

To return an eligible item:

  • Contact us at info@tinytreasures.ee within 14 days
  • Wait for return instructions
  • Send the item back in original condition

Return shipping:

  • Paid by the Customer
  • Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the return
Refunds are made using the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

8. Product Condition

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Show no signs of wear
  • Be in original packaging

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary.

9. Important Notes

We recommend checking your order details carefully before confirming personalization
Small variations due to handmade production are not considered defects. Please review our terms and conditions.
Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings
