          Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n

          5. Orders and Contract Formation<\/h2>\n\n\n

          Orders are placed via our website.
          A binding sales contract enters into force once:<\/p>\n\n\n

          • Order confirmation has been issued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

            Production begins only after the contract has entered into force.

                Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not have access to full payment details.
                We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.<\/p>\n\n

                7. Production and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n

                • Products are made to order.<\/li>\n\n\n
                • Production and delivery times are estimates<\/li>\n\n\n
                • We work hard on getting your order shipped as quickly as possible within 14 days after order confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n
                • Delays may occur due to demand, materials, or logistics<\/li>\n\n\n
                • External shipping delays are outside our control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

                  If an order includes multiple items, delivery will be based on the product with the longest production time.
                  We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n

                  7.1 Shipping<\/h3>\n\n\n

                  Shipping is carried out via third-party logistics providers.
                  Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the goods have been delivered to the Customer.
                  If damage occurs during transport, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist.<\/p>\n\n

                  8. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n

                  Under EU consumer law, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies.<\/p>\n\n\n

                  Exception<\/h3>\n\n\n

                        Products are intended for indoor use only.

                        They must be kept out of reach of babies and small children at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n

                        Our lighting components (including LED elements) are sourced from certified suppliers, such as, but not limited to PAUTIX, and comply with applicable CE safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n

                        • Do not cover the light source during operation<\/li>\n\n\n
                        • Ensure adequate ventilation around the product<\/li>\n\n\n
                        • Disconnect from power before any handling or maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

                          We are not liable for damage, injury or death resulting from:<\/p>\n\n\n

                          • Improper use or installation<\/li>\n\n\n
                          • Unauthorized modifications or repairs<\/li>\n\n\n
